What is Earling Labs Ringer?

Earling Labs Ringer is a lead intake SMS notification service for trade contractors (HVAC technicians, plumbers, roofers, remodelers, masonry contractors, and similar). When a homeowner submits a service request on a contractor's lead intake form, our system texts the contractor about the new lead and may send the homeowner a brief confirmation and follow-up about their request.

Why am I receiving SMS messages?

You're receiving messages because either:

Phone numbers are never imported, purchased, or obtained from third parties. We only send messages to people who explicitly opted in.

How do I stop receiving messages?

Reply STOP (or any of: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT) to any message you receive from us. You'll get a single confirmation reply, and you will not receive any further messages from this number.

If for any reason replying STOP doesn't work, email support@earlinglabs.com from the phone number you want removed and we'll remove it manually within one business day.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity:

Carrier charges

Msg & data rates may apply. Earling Labs Ringer doesn't charge homeowners for messages, but your wireless carrier may bill you per their usual SMS rates if you're not on an unlimited plan.

Privacy and your data

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers with any third party for marketing purposes. The only third parties that touch your phone number are operational service providers strictly necessary to deliver our service (Twilio for SMS transmission, and our hosting provider for storage).

Full details in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

If you believe you're receiving messages without having consented — for example, if a previous number owner signed up before you got this phone number — reply STOP immediately and email support@earlinglabs.com. We take unsolicited messaging seriously and will investigate.
