Business profile

This information shows up on your lead form and SMS notifications. Update any time — changes apply immediately.

Visit booking

Connect your Earling Labs Scheduler so the chat on your lead page can offer your real open times and book the visit on the spot. Leave the link blank and the chat still qualifies the lead and grabs their email — it just hands off to you instead of booking.

Your booking link name is the part after /book/ on your Scheduler page. Leave the type ID blank to use your first active appointment type.

Lead form branding

Make the homeowner-facing lead page feel like your brand — set an accent color and a logo. Leave blank for the default Earling Labs look.

Paste a link to your logo image (host it anywhere public). It appears at the top of your lead page.

AI voice receptionist

Let Ringer answer the calls you'd otherwise miss. Point a phone number at Ringer and the AI receptionist picks up 24/7, qualifies the caller, books the visit on your Scheduler (same brain as the chat), and texts you the details. It uses your Visit booking settings above.

The number callers dial — your Twilio number, or your business line forwarded to it. In Twilio, set that number's Voice webhook to POST https://ringer.earlinglabs.com/voice/incoming.
The first thing callers hear. Leave blank to use the default, which names your business and discloses it's an AI assistant.

Password

Change your login password. You'll stay signed in on this device.

At least 8 characters. Pick something only you'll know.

Danger zone

Permanently delete your Ringer account and all of its data — leads, message history, and settings. This can't be undone.
